Of course – yesterday a new member of my team asked me during their onboarding. I was on the spot so I said I can't give you one, but I'll try give you 9. Given we turn 9 on Sunday.

Quick aside before I get into it: I'm doing something I've never done before to mark the anniversary. Reply '9' to this email and I'll tell you about it on Tuesday. More on that at the end.

Luckily I recorded the meeting so I fired it up this morning to share here. I’ve linked each name so you can read their case study or listen to their podcast.

This transformation went VIRAL. It put us on the map. When we shared it 4-5 months into starting RNT Fitness, the response was insane. It broke a few beliefs: 1) you don’t need great genetics, 2) you can do it working crazy hours and 3) it can be done completely online.

When people saw Shyam's results, they stopped asking "does this work?" and started asking "when can I start?" We were amongst the first to do this, so a transformation like this was foreign to most (and still is!)

Similarly – a few months later, Anand and Gita, a couple who’d tried it all, broke the Internet with their transformations. Why? It broke a new belief – you can do it in your 40s, with young children, and as a couple.

I will never forget her first email to us. It was Christmas Eve, 2018. The subject line was “help”. This was one of many transformations I’ve been fortunate to be a part of where it literally saved their life. Sanj – over the course of five years – went from rock bottom to thriving in the Reward Phase (the goal destination for every one of our members)

I’ve been in the industry for 15 years now. I have never seen a more visually impressive transformation than Mark’s. This level of physique change is just insane. He achieved this at 50 as a father of two running multiple businesses. But I don’t need to add more, just look at this:

Every now and then I’ll record a podcast with a member and get tingles up my spine, with my eyes slowly glazing over. Nisha’s story – when she shared it on RNT Fitness Radio – got me. It got a lot of the listeners. She came back from Stage 4 Cancer. Her transformation wasn't just physical – it was a statement.

She showed everyone watching that the body can be rebuilt after the hardest thing life throws at you. She reminded me, as it can easily be forgotten when you’re focused on “business”, that the physical transformation is a vehicle for something much deeper.

The first of many transformations we had featured on Men’s Health. Varun is from Jaipur in India. I remember when I visited Mumbai in 2019 he came down to say hello, get a workout in and share his gratitude for helping him lose over 100lbs. He was in a dark place. We’ve not had many members from India itself, so this was special.

Our 2025 Transformation Of The Year Winner. Why Jay? He went through things that most people would never talk about publicly, and he chose to share his journey anyway.

He told me on the podcast he was trying to kill himself with food. Doctors warned him he was on track for a heart attack within 10 years. He lost 37kg in under 12 months. He went from not wanting to wake up to being the dad his kids deserved. His episode is the rawest, most powerful thing we've ever published.

I remember at our New York Retreat in October 2025 Anne stood up and said a year ago she was bound by a wheelchair, managing a schedule of medication, hospital infusions, and fatigue so crushing she’d come home from treatment and just sit, too exhausted to move. She didn’t think something like RNT was for her, especially being in her 60s.

But luckily, her physician – a fellow RNTer – convinced her otherwise. A year later, she’s down 46lbs, walking and moving, and proving age is just a number.

It took me 10 years to convince my dad to start a transformation. In 2020 he finally agreed. He did a photoshoot to mark his 60th. But that wasn’t the best bit. In 2022 we decided to do a father-son photoshoot, both on a plant-based diet. I will never forget the day.

RNT turns 9 this Sunday.

To mark it, I'm putting together something I've never offered before — for 9 people only. I'm calling it The 9 List.

I'm not sharing the details publicly. It's not going on the website. It goes only to people on the list.

If you want in, reply to this email with the number "9" and I'll send you the details on Tuesday when it goes live.

The 9 List. 9 spots. That's it.
